It is really amazing that a diabetic Doctor completely rejects the idea of high carbohydrate diets being good for diabetes, See-
“Achieving normal blood sugars for diabetics with the aid of a low carbohydrate diet and exercise is the focus of
Dr. Bernstein’s Revised and Updated 2007 Diabetes Solution, and the New Diabetes Diet, Dr. Bernstein’s Low-Carbohydrate Solution, Richard K. Bernstein, M.D., F.A.C.E., F.A.C.N., C.W.S., FACCWS.

It seems strange this contradiction !

Glycemic Load is the only scientific way of reporting glycemic response of foods.
Glycemic Load is based on DIRECT measurement of the glycemic response to a known weight of test food. No calculation or estimation of GI from apparent weight of contained CARBOHYDRATE is needed. Although the GI Researchers can’t or don’t want to understand this, it is a fact.

    Don’t be so silly.
The level of education has little to do with understanding the invalid chemistry used by the “GI Experts”. If you can’t understand what I am saying about chemical units, ask a high school chemistry student to help you.
    See my Video-
GLYCEMIC INDEX- why it does not worK ?

    A GURU ? I don’t think so.

Actually this person is highly educated. If your that desperate for sex education maybe you should go back to grade school or ask your mom and dad about the birds and bees. For people like me who are diabetic this was a great video.

I think you should stick with your sex cravings and leave general health subjects to more educated posters.
